Local business owners Wayne and Caitlin Bowring, owners of TSS Photography of New Jersey & Eastern Pennsylvania, have been recognized among the top-performing franchise owners in the TSS Photography network with induction into the company’s 2026 President’s Club.
The honor was announced during the annual TSS Photography Summer Conference, held in Denver in July, where franchise owners from across the country gathered for education, collaboration, and recognition.
President’s Club is one of the highest honors awarded within the TSS Photography franchise system and recognizes franchise owners who demonstrate outstanding business performance, leadership, customer commitment, and dedication to their local communities.
Local Relationships, National Recognition
While the recognition comes from a national franchise organization, the success behind it has been built right here in New Jersey.
Through TSS Photography of New Jersey & Eastern Pennsylvania, Caitlin and Wayne work with local schools, youth sports organizations, families, and community groups to provide photography services and create lasting memories for the people they serve.
That local focus is a major part of what makes the President’s Club recognition meaningful.

Since becoming TSS franchise owners in 2018, the husband-and-wife team has expanded their photography business significantly, including tripling their business during one year of rapid growth.
Their work spans youth sports, schools, daycares, and other volume photography events throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Caitlin has spoken about her passion for capturing the personality and joy of children, while the team has also embraced technology and streamlined ordering to create a better experience for families and organizations.
